Database Management: Accurately record all call information, sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up details in the CRM system. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Feedback & Improvement: Collect customer feedback and share insights with the sales and marketing teams to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
