Job Title: Content & Communications Lead Location: Navi Mumbai Department: Marketing & Communications Reports to: Marketing Head / Growth Manager Role Overview We are seeking a creative and strategic Content & Communications Lead to own and execute our content strategy across all digital and offline channels. This role will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned content for our website, blogs, LinkedIn, Instagram, Faceboox, X, product decks, PR materials, and email marketing campaigns . You will play a key role in shaping our brand voice, telling our product story, and driving thought leadership in the industry. Key Responsibilities 1. Content Creation & Management Develop, write, and edit compelling content for website, blogs, LinkedIn, Instagram, Faceboox, X, product decks, and email campaigns . Translate technical product information into clear, impactful messaging for diverse audiences. Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all platforms. Plan and manage the content calendar aligned with product launches, campaigns, and events. 2. Communications & PR Create press releases, media kits, and PR stories to enhance brand visibility. Coordinate with PR agencies, media partners, and journalists to secure coverage. Craft executive speeches, announcements, and thought-leadership articles. 3. Marketing & Campaign Support Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content for campaigns, events, and partnerships. Support sales teams with impactful product decks, brochures, and case studies . Optimize content for SEO and engagement across channels. 4. Performance Tracking & Optimization Measure content effectiveness using analytics tools and adjust strategy accordingly. Continuously improve based on feedback, performance data, and market trends. Qualifications & Skills Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field. 4+ years of experience in content creation, copywriting, and communications (B2B technology experience preferred). Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills. Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and social media trends. Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and CMS tools (e.g., WordPress, Webflow). Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Eye for detail, creativity, and passion for technology and innovation. Preferred candidate profile
