Incoming and inprocess material inspection Raw material approval to store at incoming stage with identification tag sign-off. Induction hardening machine process parameter verification & FPA Process Setting with Production Department, Heat treatment sample & inspection report verification Crack part data & its analysis. Induction/conduction/H.T rejection analysis New product development activity Indent for lab consumable material on monthly basis. I/H M/C Quench media change monitoring. Coil & conductor life monitoring Acid /Poison test Monitoring as per plan MPI process monitoring SPC / Trend chart monitoring Training to met-lab person as per plan Verification of Induction/Conduction machine Poka-Yoka on weekly basis. Induction / Conduction hardening machine & H.T Countermeasure monitoring Yearly plan for SPC / ACID TEST / CHILD PART Supplier CQI-9 audit as per plan & its closure To create the WI & Inspection standard for new product. MPI NDT Level-1 & Level-2 training to operators as per plan. Yearly EYE test for MPI person HT Supplier rating on Monthly basis Conduct the Bend test as per the Requirement defined in FPA & CP. Verify and approve lab related documents (CP, PFMEA, WI, FPA and M/C check sheets etc.), process and product parameters.
