Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India Industry: Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Restaurant Chains, Cloud Kitchens Job Type: Full-time | On-site Key Responsibilities Franchise & Business Development Identify and acquire franchise partners for various brands under Ancient Eateries. Drive franchise expansion across India and international territories through presentations, proposals, and negotiations. Catering & Corporate Tie-ups Develop and manage B2B partnerships for catering services and bulk orders. Build strategic alliances with corporates, IT parks, event firms, and institutions to boost regular orders and brand visibility. Revenue Growth & Sales Strategy Develop and implement business development plans to achieve sales and profitability targets for dine-in, takeaway, delivery, and events. Generate and convert high-value leads through networking, cold calling, events, and market mapping. Brand Representation & Promotion Represent the brand at food expos, trade shows, corporate events, and franchise summits. Coordinate with the marketing team to align campaigns with business goals. Market Intelligence Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on F&B trends, consumer behavior, and emerging opportunities in the restaurant and catering sectors. Client Relationship Management Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and ensure repeat business through excellent client servicing. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in business development, franchise expansion, or sales in the restaurant, hotel, or food service industry . Proven track record of working with well-known F&B or hospitality brands and achieving revenue targets. Strong network in the food & hospitality industry, especially in Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad , and other metro markets. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
