Job Title:

Host and moderate podcast episodes featuring interviews with authors, publishers, and thought leaders in the literary world.
Research guests and books in advance to craft thoughtful, informed questions.
Ideate with BW.com team to develop episode themes and content structure.
Stay updated with current literary trends, book releases, and author events.
Provide voiceovers for podcast intros, outros, and promotional content.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
Passion for books, reading and storytelling.
Previous experience in hosting, radio, voice work, or podcasting preferred.
Ability to conduct engaging, unscripted conversations.
Strong research and organizational skills.
