Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for an ANCA Tool Grinding Machine Programmer and Operator. The role involves programming at ANCA I grind software and operating ANCA tool grinding machines to manufacture and service carbide cutting tools. The candidate will be responsible for creating program, setting up and operating CNC machines, performing quality checks on ZOLLER & WALTER HELICHECK, ATQ metro maintaining equipment, and ensuring precision in manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in Programming
• Knowledge of Software Development and Autodesk Maya
• Strong technical skills in operating CNC machinery
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in tool grinding or cutting tools industry is a plus
• Relevant technical certification or diploma in machining or manufacturing technology
