We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Relationship Executive to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase business growth. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through effective sales strategies. Build and manage a portfolio of existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent customer service and support. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of emerging enterprise banking products and services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong client relationships. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze market trends and competitor activity. Experience in used car sales or related fields is an added advantage. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
