Job Title: Business Development Associate / Lead Generation Specialist Location: Kanpur Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 6 months 1+ year Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients across relevant industries. Generate leads using a variety of outreach methods including cold calls, email campaigns, social media, and networking events. Engage and qualify leads through consultative conversations to assess needs and fit. Schedule product demos, consultations, or discovery meetings for further engagement. Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions and lead status within the CRM system. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to refine outreach strategies and enhance conversion rates. Consistently meet weekly and monthly targets for qualified leads and meetings scheduled. Monitor and analyze performance data to suggest improvements in lead generation and conversion. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Confidence and persistence in cold outreach and lead nurturing. Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, or Zoho (preferred). Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Target-oriented, self-motivated, and highly organized. Experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or business development is a strong advantage.
