You should be able to develop and implement efficient collection strategies, demonstrate strong leadership and team management abilities, and possess excellent organizational and record-keeping skills. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required for this position. Previous experience in the finance or banking industry would be advantageous.
