Analytics Solutions Analyst

As a data science enthusiast with a deep understanding of analytical principles, tools, and technologies, you'll play a crucial role in conveying insights to both executive and non-technical audiences. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing complex analytical models that integrate data from multiple sources to provide a comprehensive view of the business. - Utilizing advanced SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, and Python programming skills for tasks such as multivariate statistics, quantitative modeling, and advanced analytical methods like supervised/unsupervised machine learning and NLP. - Conducting data discovery and analytics to extract insights that enhance existing financial products and support decision-making processes. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to build a company-centric analytics product in a production environment. - Demonstrating a strong understanding of business strategy and effectively communicating data challenges and solutions to diverse audiences. To excel in this role, you'll need: - A Bachelors or Masters degree in statistics, mathematics, data science, or a related field, with at least 3 years of applied experience. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, along with experience in machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn. - Strong understanding of agile methodologies, statistics, and AI/ML engineering, with a track record of developing and deploying business-critical machine learning models. - Ability to identify and address AI/ML challenges, optimize implementations, and fine-tune models for optimal performance. - Basic knowledge of data system components and excellent written and verbal communication skills for conveying technical concepts to both technical and business audiences. Preferred qualifications and skills include familiarity with the financial services industry, a background in NLP and advanced analytics, knowledge of financial products and services, and experience with databricks/snowflake.,
