The role is based in Aundh, Pune with an expectation to work from office 3 days in a week. Apply only if this arrangement suits you. About Us: We are building an analytics consultancy with a fresh approach by being AI-led, outcomes focussed and following a boutique approach. We are currently in the initial stages of establishing ourselves and you will be among our first hires. The company is backed by analytics veterans with 15 years of experience at some of the top global firms and hold stellar academic record at top global universities. What You'll Be Working On: At any given time you will be working with one or more on-shore counterparts to solve client problems through data-driven analysis. This is a hands-on role using AI for much for script-writing. You should apply if: - Have 5 to 10 years experience working with US or Europe clients/teams in Retail, CPG, or financial services - You can work independently with minimal supervision - You are a team player whom your colleagues can rely on - You're impact-driven and eager to have a real positive impact on the company and your colleagues - Strong proficiency in Python or R, and SQL. Experience building and maintaining data pipelines or data workflows - Solid understanding of statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and machine learning techniques - Experience using data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker We would still love to hear from you if you don't meet all the above criteria. The Interview Process: Our interview process involves three main stages: - 30 minute Initial Call - 90 minute Critical Reasoning Test - 120 minute Final Interview including a case study Your schedule is very important to us and we promise to be flexible.
