The Director - Bid Solutions will lead the bid solutions function within the analytics practice, managing end-to-end bid responses and solution development to support business growth. Familiarity with analytics and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and advanced Excel. Strong project management and coordination skills; certifications in project or bid management are a plus. Experience working on global bids or in multi-stakeholder environments. Knowledge of CRM and proposal management tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and the ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines. Collaborative team player with leadership qualities and a proactive approach.,
