What You’ll Do: Lead and manage Meta Ads campaigns for high-growth Indian e-commerce brands. Drive performance through strategic ad planning, execution, and daily optimisation. Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and present insights during client calls. Collaborate closely with internal teams (creative, strategy, and analytics) to improve outcomes. Ideate ad creatives and experiment with different funnels and audience strategies. Stay on top of trends and platform updates to continuously sharpen your ad game. What We’re Looking For: Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads for Indian e-commerce brands. Minimum 1 year of agency experience. Ad Budget: Proven success managing budgets of ₹50 Lakhs/month or more across multiple accounts. Technical Know-How: Deep understanding of performance marketing funnels, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking. Ownership: A proactive, data-driven marketer who takes end-to-end ownership of their campaigns. Location: Must be based in or near Chandigarh—or willing to relocate immediately. This is a 100% in-office role.
