As a Senior UX/UI Designer at Novatro, you will play a crucial role in leading the user experience strategy for our AI-powered Intelligent Manufacturing Platform. You will have the opportunity to establish the design vision for our product suite, aligning design decisions with business objectives and influencing the product roadmap through user-centered design insights and research. Your key responsibilities will include: Design Leadership & Strategy: - Lead the design strategy and vision for the entire product suite - Establish design principles, standards, and methodologies that scale with company growth - Mentor development team members on design thinking and user-centered development practices - Drive design critiques, workshops, and cross-functional collaboration sessions - Influence product roadmap and feature prioritization through design insights and user research Advanced Product Interface Design: - Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our manufacturing platform across web and mobile applications - Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new features and enhancements - Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system and component library - Ensure consistent visual design language and brand alignment across all product touchpoints - Design data visualization interfaces for complex manufacturing analytics User Experience Research & Strategy: - Conduct user research through various methods to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement - Create detailed user personas, journey maps, and use case scenarios specific to manufacturing environments - Collaborate with product management to define feature requirements based on user needs - Establish UX metrics and conduct regular usability assessments Cross-functional Collaboration: - Work closely with development teams to ensure design feasibility and implementation - Partner with product managers to translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions - Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to understand client needs and feedback - Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and leadership Design Operations & Process: - Establish design workflows, processes, and best practices for the team - Create and maintain design documentation, style guides, and asset libraries - Set up design tools, systems, and collaboration processes - Implement design review processes and quality assurance standards - Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the organization Manufacturing Domain Understanding: - Develop a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, operations, and user contexts - Design for various user types in manufacturing environments - Consider unique constraints of industrial settings and varying technical literacy Qualifications: - 5-8 years of UX/UI design experience in B2B software - Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite - Strong portfolio demonstrating design leadership and measurable impact on user outcomes - Experience in scaling design systems and leading cross-functional teams If you are passionate about driving efficiency and growth through cutting-edge technology solutions and have a track record of delivering measurable improvements in user satisfaction and business metrics, we encourage you to apply by sending your resume and portfolio to careers@novatro.ai with the subject line "Senior UX/UI Designer Application - [Your Name]".,
