Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit compliance, and financial reporting timelines. Analytics Warehouse Development & Insights: Build and maintain data pipelines between NetSuite ERP and NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW). Develop dashboards, reports, and data models to support key financial metrics and KPIs. Collaborate with Finance and Business Intelligence teams to enhance visibility into financial performance. Conduct data validation and reconciliation to ensure accuracy between source systems and analytics outputs. Financial and EPM Experience: Work closely with accounting to automate and streamline financial close processes. Apply knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting best practices to ensure accurate reconciliations. Leverage prior experience with EPM tools (e.g., Oracle FCCS, OneStream, Anaplan, or Hyperion) to enhance financial workflows and analytics. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders from Finance, IT, and Operations togather business requirements and implement process improvements. Provide training and documentation for end users on Account Reconciliation and Analytics Warehouse solutions.
