Analytics and Modeling Specialist

As an Analytics and Modeling Specialist at Accenture, your role involves analysis and solving of moderately complex problems. You may create new solutions, leveraging and adapting existing methods and procedures as necessary. You are expected to understand the strategic direction set by senior management in relation to team goals. Your primary upward interaction will be with your direct supervisor, and you may also interact with peers and management levels at clients or within Accenture. Guidance will be provided to you when determining methods and procedures on new assignments. Your decisions will often impact the team where you work. If you are in an individual contributor role, you may manage small teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture. Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts. Key Responsibilities: - Ability to draw relevant insights from data and visualize them on slides - Good PowerPoint skills - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) - Ability to understand the business context - Experience of working with onshore teams - Strong team player and excellent problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a global collaborative team environment - Attention to detail and ability to work in a high-pressure environment Qualifications Required: - Ph.D. or Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related disciplines - Primary skillset should include storytelling, insight generation, and presentation with 5-7 years of experience Preferred Skills: - Python programming language - Structured Query Language (SQL) - Health care domain experience preferred - Pharma marketing experience preferred - Experience on visualization tools preferred - SQL/Python experience is good to have - Knowledge of digital marketing and customer analytics is preferred About Accenture: Accenture is a global professional services company with leading capabilities in digital, cloud, and security.
