This full-time role is suitable for Freshers in Microbiology, Analytical Chemistry, and Biochemistry, based in Bengaluru. Daily tasks will involve laboratory work, conducting analytical tests, quality control procedures, operating laboratory equipment, and participating in research and development (R&D) activities. The position demands a keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high work standards. The ideal candidate should hold an M.Sc. in Microbiology, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, or closely related life sciences fields. Recent graduates or candidates awaiting final semester results are encouraged to apply. Technical skills required include basic microbiological techniques such as culture preparation, aseptic handling, and plating; knowledge of analytical instrumentation like HPLC, UV-Vis spectrophotometer, FTIR, etc.; as well as an understanding of biochemical assays and analytical methods. Soft skills that are essential for this role encompass a strong attention to detail, the ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), good documentation and record-keeping practices, and an eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced startup R&D environment.
