Role & responsibilities Visiting markets with sales team to analyze the product sales pattern Vendor meetings and visiting the manufacturing infrastructure to submit the rating filled format Selection of best supplier inline with the range requirement Trial of vendor samples in the field Deciding on the best cost-effective packaging standards Coordination with internal and external teams Handling Multisegmented product lines Identifying vendors having good range but selling in his own brand Identifying the Sourcing clusters based on the products to be added /launched Supplier Agreement, NDA, implementing SOP for entire AA module. Price Negotiations, Cost Saving, Audit SOP for vendors infrastructure including manufacturing capacity Ensuring vendor compliance with company standards, Finalization of packaging and commercial terms including Fright & MOQ Coordination with Plant Purchase team to handover the newly developed vendors business operations Preferred candidate profile Capable of managing the vendor product supply chain and other process linked to it. Performing competitor cost analysis and negotiating accordingly Forecasting inventory and purchasing needs Negotiating supply contracts and terms Evaluating vendor services and approach.
