The company is currently seeking an HR Ops wizard who is highly organized, tech-savvy, and enthusiastic about enhancing HR processes to be more efficient and innovative. Key Responsibilities include: Compliance & Audits: - Staying updated on Indian labor laws and ensuring accurate record-keeping. - Conducting internal audits and managing communication with auditors effectively. HRIS & Data Management: - Maintaining the functionality of HR tech systems and ensuring data integrity. - Generating real-time reports effortlessly. Data-Driven Insights: - Utilizing dashboards, surveys, and analytics to facilitate strategic planning. Policies & Improvements: - Updating and implementing HR policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in accordance with the latest labor laws and industry best practices. - Simplifying policies for easy comprehension and accessibility to empower employees. HR Automation: - Identifying opportunities for process automation and implementing AI-based workflows and self-service options. Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess: - 5+ years of hands-on experience in HR Operations focusing on compliance, audits, HRIS, and policies. - Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and a passion for process automation. - Proficiency in modern HRIS platforms such as Darwinbox, Rippling, or similar. - Analytical mindset with a keen interest in HR data and dashboards. - Adaptability, quick thinking, and proactive approach characteristic of startup environments.
