Analyst/Sr. Analyst Advanced Analytics

Role Overview: You will be the Senior/Analyst responsible for original thinking in research and analytics, solving ambiguous business problems, and deriving actionable insights from data. Key Responsibilities: - Extract data from various sources and develop an analytical data mart - Generate ideas for solving business problems using data and statistics - Apply suitable techniques and validate statistical findings - Provide business-oriented solutions rather than just statistical outputs - Produce insights based on analytics findings and present them in a customer-ready format Qualification Required: - Ideal candidate should hold a BTech MBA with a strong quantitative background or an M.Sc in Statistics/Operations Research/Mathematics from a reputable institute - Passion for analysis and addressing challenging questions with data - Ability to identify questions and utilize appropriate statistical techniques on available data - Proficiency in advanced analytics with 2-4 years of hands-on experience in data cleaning, auditing, descriptive analysis, and statistical modeling - Proficiency in at least one statistical programming language (SAS, R, etc.), one data visualization tool (Tableau, Cognos, etc.), and one RDBMS tool (Teradata, SQL Server) at intermediate to expert levels - Experience working with large datasets; familiarity with distributed computing tools like Map/Reduce, Hadoop, Hive is a plus - Effective communication of findings to managers and clients - Strong MS Excel programming skills and adept at creating Powerpoint presentations - Experience in the healthcare/Pharma or Retail/CPG domain is preferred.,
