Analyst/Senior Analyst Performance Analytics

Role Overview: As a resourceful candidate joining DESRI India Private Limited in Hyderabad, you will be a part of the Design and Engineering team. Your role will involve regular interaction with teams in the U.S. and Hyderabad, as well as external parties. You will work in a small, inclusive, highly skilled team supporting DESRI's wind, solar, and storage projects. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and operate a data pipeline analyzing daily operational data from multiple renewable sites - Ensure accurate storage of output in databases and reflection on dashboards - Maintain integrity and performance of dashboards critical for managing renewable energy assets - Manage source code of the data pipeline, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs - Integrate new algorithms and logic as necessary - Build new logic following best industry and scientific practices - Conduct research and implement improvements to existing business processes - Build and maintain reports and undertake automation initiatives - Provide data-driven insights to assist Asset Managers - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and integrate new features Qualification Required: - B.Tech./M.Tech. in Energy Systems Engineering or Electrical Engineering - Up to 6 years of relevant industrial experience including design, operation, and energy estimation - Proficiency in Python, SQL, data analytics, and data visualization tools like Power BI - Exposure to building machine learning models - Experience in building a machine learning or deep learning model - Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
