Analyst/Senior Analyst Performance Analytics

As a member of the Design and Engineering team at DESRI India Private Limited, based in Hyderabad, India, you will play a crucial role in managing and operating a data pipeline for analyzing daily operational data from multiple renewable energy sites. Your responsibilities will include ensuring accurate storage of output in databases, maintaining performance of dashboards, and managing source code of the data pipeline. Troubleshooting, resolving bugs, integrating new algorithms, and building new logic based on industry practices will be key tasks. Moreover, you will be expected to conduct research, implement process improvements, and work on automation initiatives, including generating and maintaining reports. Your role will also involve providing data-driven insights to Asset Managers, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and integrate new features, and leveraging analytical thinking to enhance operational efficiency. The ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, will be essential for successful interaction with internal and external stakeholders. To excel in this position, the ideal candidate should possess a B.Tech./M.Tech. in Energy Systems Engineering or Electrical Engineering, coupled with up to 6 years of relevant industrial experience in design, operation, and energy estimation. Proficiency in Python, SQL, data analytics, and data visualization tools like Power BI is required. Exposure to building machine learning models and hands-on experience in developing a machine learning or deep learning model are highly desirable. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to maintaining the integrity of data and dashboards will be crucial for effectively supporting DESRI's portfolio of wind, solar, and storage projects within a collaborative and dynamic environment.,
