Role Overview: You will be part of the team responsible for analyzing US Mortgage cases and providing detailed valuation reviews per client requests. Your role will involve maintaining high-quality standards, researching complex valuation cases, and meeting output requirements set by the business unit. Additionally, you will need to have good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on night shifts. Key Responsibilities: - Possess basic knowledge about US Mortgage - Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills with accurate grammar and punctuation - Respond to clients" emails following effective business email writing etiquette - Maintain 100% quality yield with error-free work consistently - Research and provide detailed reviews on complex valuation cases - Review Mortgage, OA documents, Tax records, and other valuation-related documents - Meet the output HRDs set by the business unit - Ensure timely completion of all work assignments - Be flexible to work on night shifts Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree, master's degree is an added advantage - Good communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong analytical and cognitive skills - Attention to detail Company Additional Details: Altisource offers competitive salary based on your experience and skills.
