  • Service Request Intake Management
  • Sending credentials to end user on their joining date

  • Create, maintain and remove AD user accounts using AD User Templates
  • Familiar with Basic PowerShell scripting to able to pull out reports
  • Oversee file share permissions (add/revoke/change permissions).
  • Understand accounts and groups: domain accounts; local accounts; user profiles; group types; group scopes; group nesting;
  • Understand organizational units and containers: purpose of organizational units; purpose of containers; delegation; default
  • Understand Active Directory infrastructure: domain controllers; forests; domain vs. workgroup; child domains; trusts; replication
  • Understand role
  • based security groups
  • Knowledge about Active directory templatesExchange
  • Create, maintain and remove email addresses
  • Create, maintain and remove distribution lists
  • Understand, create, maintain and remove resource mailboxes / calendars
  • Understand, create, maintain and remove Public FoldersFamiliar with
