Analyst - UAE Transfer Pricing

We are seeking a motivated Junior Transfer Pricing Analyst to join our UAE Transfer Pricing practice.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals interested in developing strong

technical skills in international tax and transfer pricing. Comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing Transfer Pricing documentation in line with UAE CT law, OECD
• guidelines, and relevant regulations
• Support benchmarking studies using global databases
• Conduct financial and economic analyses for related-party transactions
• Assist in preparing Local Files, Master Files, and Country-by-Country related deliverables
• Research UAE Corporate Tax legislation and international tax/TP developments
• Support in the preparation of client presentations, proposals, and reports
• Work closely with seniors/managers to execute client engagements
• Maintain accurate working papers and project documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 02 years of experience in Transfer Pricing, tax, or financial analysis (freshers welcome)
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Good communication and report-writing skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Eagerness to learn and build expertise in Transfer Pricing
