As an Analyst Transformation Office at ATL, you will play a crucial role in supporting strategic initiatives and driving business transformation within the tyre or automotive industry. With 3-5 years of consulting experience, you will work in a cross-functional Transformation Office, utilizing data-driven insights to influence strategic decision-making and enhance operational efficiencies. Your responsibilities will include supporting the execution of transformation initiatives across various functions such as Sales & Marketing, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and R&D. You will conduct in-depth analyses on opportunity value sizing, pricing, margin optimization, sales performance, throughput enhancement, productivity analysis, and cost efficiencies. Additionally, you will drive analytics for market intelligence by collecting and analyzing industry data, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to identify business growth opportunities. In this role, you will be involved in data analytics for sales forecasting efficiency, product rationalization, inventory optimization, and freight purchasing efficiencies. You will also be responsible for developing business cases for key initiatives, performing competitor benchmarking, and industry analysis to provide insights on market trends and competitive positioning. Tracking KPIs and preparing reports to communicate progress on transformation initiatives to leadership will also be part of your duties. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field from a reputed institution. An MBA is preferred. With 3-5 years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm or a core data analytics role in the manufacturing business, you should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, and data visualization tools is essential. Exposure to the tyre or automotive industry is considered a strong advantage. Your key skills should include experience in advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and forecasting. You should demonstrate strong business acumen, understanding of industry dynamics, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment with a structured and detail-oriented approach is crucial for success in this role.,
