Analyst / Sr. Analyst - F&A Process

Job Description: As a Finance & Accounting Specialist focusing on O2C, P2P, and R2R, your role will involve managing various financial processes to ensure smooth operations and compliance within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - O2C (Order to Cash): - Manage customer billing, collections, cash application, and dispute resolution - Ensure timely and accurate cash flow and AR reconciliation - Collaborate with procurement and finance teams for smooth AP operations - R2R (Record to Report): - Perform journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting - Manage month-end and year-end closing activities - Support internal and external audits and compliance activities - Utilize ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) for processing and reporting - Drive process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency across O2C, P2P, or R2R - Lead, mentor, and manage high-performing teams (for TL/AM/Manager levels) Qualifications Required: - 3 - 8 years of experience in Finance & Accounting roles (O2C, P2P, or R2R) - Strong knowledge of AR, AP, GL, and related processes - Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills - Ability to lead teams and manage escalations (for TL/AM/Manager levels) - Open to rotational shifts In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, the company is in the IT/Computers - Software industry and is looking for candidates with a B.Com degree.
