As a member of the Performance Marketing Team at Agoda, you will be part of a highly data-driven department focused on developing marketing programs to enhance the lifetime value of Agoda customers. The team comprises talented analysts, marketing strategists, and data scientists from diverse backgrounds, offering a great learning environment for personal growth and development. In this role, your responsibilities will include: - Experimenting with text ads, bidding, and campaign structures on various search engines such as Google, Bing, Baidu, Naver, etc. - Testing, analyzing, and optimizing campaigns on social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others. - Analyzing data generated by experiments, developing optimization models, and creating dashboards for account managers. To succeed in this role, you will need: - A Bachelor's Degree or higher from a top university in a quantitative subject such as computer science, mathematics, engineering, or science. - Fluency in English for effective communication. - 2+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy/business operations within a fast-growing global tech company. - Exposure to data analysis packages or databases like SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA, SQL. - Good numerical reasoning skills and proficiency in Excel. - Intellectual curiosity to drive innovation and growth.
