Role Overview: As an Analyst or Senior Analyst at Saarthee, your role will involve executing high-quality multi-channel campaigns using Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC), Athena, SQL, and KNIME. You will play a central part in campaign operations, data workflows, segmentation, and ensuring accurate campaign execution for global clients. Key Responsibilities: - Execute and monitor Adobe Campaign Classic workflows, including segmentation, targeting, campaign setup, and delivery. - Manage new campaign setups to ensure accuracy and alignment with client requirements. - Utilize Athena and SQL for data extraction, transformation, and campaign logic setup. - Leverage KNIME for data processing, automation, and workflow management. - Collaborate with campaign leads to validate logic, audience definitions, and tracking. - Prepare campaign performance summaries and documentation. - Maintain strong communication with internal and client teams for timely execution. Qualifications Required: - 2-5 years of experience in campaign operations or marketing automation. - Proficiency in Adobe Campaign Classic, Athena, SQL, and KNIME. - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. - Effective communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple teams. - Capacity to manage multiple campaigns while ensuring accuracy in execution.
