Job Description

As a highly analytical and detail-oriented Yield Management Analyst at our dynamic IMG Sales Team, you will play a crucial role in contributing to our profitability and market competitiveness through data-driven insights. Your responsibilities will include tracking, analyzing, and reporting on competitor activities, developing insightful dashboards, and providing robust data analytics support to our international markets. The ideal candidate for this role will possess a strong background in the automotive industry and data analysis. You should excel in transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic initiatives. An Engineering/MBA/Marketing Degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience, with relevant experience in sales/marketing in the automotive industry, are required qualifications. Familiarity with working for a large global corporation with a diverse workforce is preferred, along with a good mix of practical experience in marketing/sales and data analytics. Knowledge of tools such as Alteryx, Qliksense, and PowerBI is beneficial. Strong leadership skills are essential, including self-motivation, strong ownership, solid business acumen, and a drive for results. A penchant for learning new tools and methods, as well as ML skillsets and exposure to AI-based solutions in operations, will make you stand out among the crowd. You will be responsible for competitive analysis, tracking, analyzing, and reporting on competition benchmarking for all IMG markets. This includes preparing quarterly off-strategy reports for leadership review and approval. Business intelligence and reporting will be a significant part of your role, involving dashboard development and maintenance using tools like Alteryx, Power BI, and Qlik Sense to visualize data and provide key insights to stakeholders. Yield Management Support will be another key aspect of your role, where you will provide data analytics and insights focused on pricing, volume, and mix to support IMG markets. This will involve using analytical tools to improve efficiency in data blending and visualization to offer practical recommendations. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in the annual price strategy development for international markets, providing data-backed analysis to inform pricing decisions. Process improvement will be a key responsibility, where you will drive waste elimination projects through automation and enhancement of current tools and processes. Ad-Hoc Analysis will also be required, delivering various analyses to support the specific needs of different markets within the IMG. Being able to work in a cross-functional diverse team and having a flexible work schedule to support different time zones are other preferred attributes for this role.,
