Analyst - Production Design (Graphic Design)

You are a Digital Graphic Designer responsible for collaborating closely with the Creative Team to understand their design needs and translating their concepts into interactive content and web experiences that reflect the brand identity effectively. Your primary duties include creating and designing various marketing materials, such as social media graphics and web experiences, using existing brand guidelines or templates. You must be able to interpret the brand/design style when working on non-templated materials and work seamlessly across digital, social, and print channels. Effective communication with internal customers on project details, direction, and goals is essential. You will be responsible for ensuring that design outputs comply with best practices, design principles, and industry standards while maintaining brand consistency. Prioritizing workload, time management, and performing quality assurance checks on all work before submission are key aspects of this role. As a qualified candidate, you should possess a Bachelor's degree or specialization in Interactive Design, Graphic Design, or a related discipline. Having 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing digital design is preferred. Proficiency in front-end design/development, knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and Javascript is advantageous. A compelling portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative projects, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and experience working in tools like Figma, After Effects, or Poppulo would be beneficial. You should be highly independent, prolific, detail-oriented, and have excellent problem-solving skills. The ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment, manage multiple projects efficiently, and demonstrate professional written and interpersonal skills are crucial for this role. The position can be based in Chennai or Gurgaon.
