Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Analyst to join our team at eClerx Services Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience in the IT Services & Consulting industry, with expertise in PDM.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Conduct thorough analysis of data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Design and maintain databases and systems to support business operations.
Provide expert-level support for PDM-related queries and issues.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and errors in data analysis.
