Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with consultants to interpret and analyse marketing data for globally recognised brands.
Extract insights from consumer, sales, and other data sources and provide comprehensive analysis, synthesis, and presentation support.
Handle large volumes of data, often working under tight deadlines and high-pressure scenarios.
Take full ownership of your assigned deliverables within each project.
Ensure that all deliverables are submitted on time, are error-free, and are presented in a professional format.
Develop proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, Python, and Power BI.

Job Goals

Complex Problem Solving & Analytical Capabilities: Leverage data to extract insights and support decision-making. Previous experience in data analysis is a plus.
Teamwork: Collaborate closely with both onsite and offshore consultants, requiring strong coordination and cooperation skills.
Effective Communication: Understand complex client briefs and present analytical results clearly and impactfully.
Self-Motivation & Drive: Thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, with projects occasionally requiring rapid turnaround.
Attention to Detail: Maintain meticulous standards, ensuring 100% accuracy in outputs, as your work will inform critical client decisions.

Ideal Skills & Capabilities

Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication abilities
Familiarity with analytical tools such as Excel, SPSS, R, PowerPoint, SQL, Python, and Power BI is preferred

Eligibility Criteria

Education: B.Tech. / B.E. from any branch
Academic Performance: Minimum 75% marks throughout (10th, 12th, and latest completed graduation semester)
Backlogs: Candidates with active backlogs are not eligible to participate in the placement process
