Analyst, Fixed Assets

As the Fixed Assets Accountant, your primary role involves managing the entire accounting lifecycle of fixed assets. This includes ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting standards such as US GAAP/IFRS, supporting audits, reporting, and strategic projects. You will be accountable for maintaining the quality of service delivery for Fixed Assets / Capital accounting in the designated regions. Your responsibilities will include performing accounting and auditing tasks within the fixed asset department. This entails monitoring assigned tasks daily to meet processing targets, recording financial transactions based on accounting policies, reviewing CapEx costs, and ensuring accurate financial statement reporting. Additionally, you will prepare and review journal entries, analyze financial reports, complete balance sheet reconciliations, and maintain documentation in line with internal controls. To excel in this role, you should ideally possess a Bachelor's degree, MBA in accounting, or be a semi-qualified CA with 3-5 years of accounting experience. Proficiency in SAP/HANA ERP system, expert knowledge of MS Excel and Word, and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems are essential. Understanding assets and liabilities, balance sheet, income statement, and GAAP accounting principles is crucial. Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to manage individual work and projects in a team setting, and effective communication are key qualities we are looking for.
