Analyst- Financial Reporting & Compliance

As a financial manager, you will be responsible for overseeing cash flow, working capital, and financial risk management. You will also liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities as required. Additionally, you will monitor aged receivables and drive initiatives to improve DSO (Days Sales Outstanding). Your key responsibilities will include coordinating with Sales and Operations teams to resolve disputes, ensuring A/R reconciliations are performed as per defined TAT, and monitoring and managing the A/P aging report to optimize cash flow. You will also be required to perform inventory valuation, costing, and reconciliation between physical and system records. Moreover, you will collaborate with supply chain and warehouse teams to maintain accurate stock records and support cycle counts and annual physical inventory audits.
