Analyst, Finance Ops

As an employee in the Operations department at Standard Chartered Bank in Bangalore, India, you will be responsible for processing invoices with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency. You will be tasked with indexing, assessing, and processing invoices daily, ensuring that all required fields are accurately captured. It is essential to categorize the invoices correctly and prioritize urgent ones based on instructions from the Manager or Team Co-ordinator. Your key responsibilities will include displaying exemplary conduct in line with the bank's values and Code of Conduct, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and identifying and resolving risk and compliance matters effectively. Additionally, you will be expected to lead your team in achieving the outcomes set out in the Bank's Conduct Principles. In addition to your primary responsibilities, you will also be required to embed the bank's brand and values within your team, perform any other tasks assigned under the bank's policies and procedures, and potentially take on multiple functions as needed. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication skills, proficiency in Excel, a background in finance, and experience in stakeholder management.
