As an Analyst at Barclays, Chief Admin Office Team, your role will involve managing the travel and entertainment expense submissions of Barclays Front Office employees in accordance with the Barclays T&E policy. Additionally, you will assist business managers in providing travel and cost-related reports. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage travel and entertainment expense submissions of Barclays Front Office employees - Assist business managers in providing travel and cost-related reports **Qualifications Required:** - Good knowledge of Excel and strong communication skills - Ability to guide and support professional development, allocate work requirements, and coordinate team resources - Resolve problems by identifying and selecting solutions through acquired technical experience - Guide and persuade team members and communicate complex/sensitive information - Act as a contact point for stakeholders outside of the immediate function This profile is based out of Chennai, DLF IT Park. In this role, you will collaborate with business and senior leadership to develop and implement business strategies aligning with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. You will also liaise between different business units and functions, foster communication and collaboration, manage and coordinate strategic initiatives, projects, and change management efforts, and improve operational efficiency within the organization. As an Analyst, you are expected to perform prescribed activities in a timely manner and to a high standard consistently driving continuous improvement. You will lead and supervise a team, guide and support professional development, allocate work requirements, and coordinate team resources.
