Analyst - Business Intelligence

As a BI Analyst at Holman, you will have the following key responsibilities: - Design process flows and data mappings for transactional and reporting systems. - Recommend and create Business Objects Universes to meet customer and user requirements. - Understand concepts, best practices, and functions to support a Data Warehouse driven Reporting Solution. - Provide report creation/debug assistance when needed. - Update projects and tasks in a timely manner for customers and staff. - Manage FleetTrak / ADO and provide timely updates. - Mentor other BI Analysts and IT staff on best practices. - Collaborate with DBAs to recommend ERD augmentation when necessary. - Work with internal departments to understand needs, scope projects, and deliver results. - Perform all duties and special projects as assigned in a team-oriented environment. Qualifications required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. - 2+ years of experience with SAP Business Objects Universe Designer (IDT) and Web Intelligence. - 2+ years of experience developing SAP Business Objects Business Intelligence suite. - Strong skill set of over 3 years working with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, SQL Server. - Experience in understanding ER diagrams. - Nice to have experience in Azure/Power BI working environment. You must possess excellent planning, organizing, and managerial knowledge: - Willingly offer assistance to others and be approachable to peers and management. - Well-versed in creating relational and dimensional database architecture. - Strong analytical skills for effective problem-solving. - Ability to grasp issues quickly and make educated, critical judgments.
