As a candidate for this role, you are expected to have an educational background such as M Pharm and MBA or PG in Life Sciences and MBA. Your responsibilities will include conducting research, information synthesis, and analysis, handling complex analyses within larger assignments, actively contributing to engagements by identifying issues, formulating hypotheses, planning and conducting analyses, and synthesizing conclusions into recommendations under the guidance of an Engagement/Group Manager. The ideal candidate will possess domain knowledge of the Pharma sector, understanding of scientific and commercial aspects, and approximately 2-4 years of experience in the Pharma domain or a Consulting Company. It is essential to have excellent communication skills, along with conceptual, analytical, and tactical thinking abilities, strategic thought process, and the capacity to multi-task in a demanding global team environment while working under tight deadlines.
