Job Description: As a Sr. Associate, Quality Assurance at Exela, you will be expected to have a strong knowledge in XML, HTML, CSS, and ePub. Your responsibilities will include utilizing your Audit and Analysis Knowledge to create XML file structure with DTD or Schema (ANSI, UTF-8, UTF-16, ENT file entity, etc.). Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential for this role. Additionally, you should possess a basic knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. You must have good analytical skills and be able to perform critical analysis for external errors, as well as plan improvements as required. Familiarity with quality standards and processes will be beneficial, along with the ability to interpret data and statistics. Your tasks will involve supporting QA activities in new ramps by delivering HoQ, Quality Assurance plan, and FMEA. Moreover, good communication skills and knowledge in MS Office are required for this position. You should be willing to work in shifts and on Saturdays to meet the demands of the role efficiently.
