As a Finance Data Analyst at ATS Corporation, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining data visualizations within Tableau, OneStream, and other tools to provide analytical support directly to the ATS Corporate Finance department. Your role will involve developing dashboards, integrating multiple data sources, recommending improvements for analytics, collaborating with Finance and IT teams, and ensuring the confidentiality of financial information. Your key responsibilities will include developing dashboards and data visualizations, maintaining business models and KPIs, analyzing variances between actuals, forecasts, and plan data, supporting financial reporting needs, and ensuring consistent application of financial reporting standards and internal policies. You will also be required to collaborate with Global Finance, business analysts, and system analysts, provide ad hoc financial analyses, and work on forecasting and problem-solving using Python. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or OneStream, hands-on experience with database performance optimization, solid understanding of ETL processes, experience with Python for forecasting, and knowledge of financial systems and accounting principles. A university degree or college diploma in an IT Software Development discipline and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience are required for this position.
