As we scale our Academic Mentorship vertical globally, we are looking for a Business Development Manager who specializes in Digital Marketing, Student Outreach, and Partnership Development to help us grow our international presence. Role & responsibilities: Qualified Leads: 5-6 leads/day from international student audiences. Campaign Performance: Positive ROI, low CPL, high engagement rate. Community Growth: Increase in active student community presence and referrals. Vendor Partnerships: Onboarding and managing a network of reliable international/local outreach partners. Reporting Accuracy: Weekly insight-driven reports submitted on time with optimization suggestions. Preferred candidate profile: Experience in digital marketing, business development, or education marketing, preferably with international exposure. Proven success in running performance ad campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.). Experience in partnership building with external vendors or outreach agencies. Familiarity with student behavior, academic services marketing, and global education trends. Proficient in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, CRM platforms). Strong communication, copywriting, and relationship-building skills. Creative mindset with strong execution capabilities.
