Test and troubleshoot the devices 3. Work on the burn-in test, heating observation, and tuning of devices 4. Work on designing, prototyping, testing, troubleshooting, and tuning power electronic devices like motor controllers, power supplies, chargers, DC-DC converters, PDU, etc. with little microcontroller and IoT work 5. The following would be the main responsibilities: Knowledge of Power electronics. 1.Develop and verify digital and analog power electronics control hardware specially for smps for camera's, Battery charger and mobile chargers. 2. Ensure prototype of electronic circuits Evaluation and debug circuit design and Check engineering test results for application to system developments and Prepare product or system layout and detail drawings and schematics, Transformer design. 3. Hands of working exp on Topologies such as Buck, Boost, flyback, forward and H-bridge. 4. Have hand-full exp in embedded programming and debugging of bugs and Develop electric drive system hardware 5. Record specification designs, drawings, bills of materials and test data and Handle power electronics, components, circuits and modules 6. Create test procedures to verify hardware designs and Build test equipment to qualify electronic modules for production 7. Ensure products satisfy UL, CSA, IEC, IEEE, EU and EN requirements. 8. Discuss with research personnel to resolve problems and develop design. 9. Exp in SMPS Destructive test, Safety test and EMI/EMC as per IEC standards. Identify and define architecture-level design blocks, and implement corresponding electronic circuits to meet required specifications and functionality. Create high-quality schematics and PCB layouts using industry-standard design tools such as Altium Designer , Mentor PADS , or equivalent. Design, develop, and test electronic circuits for a range of applications, including SMPS , PoE switches , IoT devices , and Ethernet switches (experience with Ethernet switch design is a strong advantage). Apply sound knowledge of fundamental electronic components such as MOSFETs , transistors , diodes , and logic gates in circuit design and analysis. Demonstrate hands-on experience in circuit development using microcontrollers like ESP32 , MSP430 , PIC , STM32 , and REALTEK 83 series. including circuit simulation and real-world testing. Integrate and interface various peripherals and modules such as HMI displays , temperature sensors , motion detectors , and cameras . Proficient in multiple communication protocols including UART , USART , I2C , CAN , Bluetooth , USB , Wi-Fi , and Ethernet . Possess in-depth knowledge and practical experience in EMI/EMC testing and compliance. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to J unior engineers , supporting their design, testing, and development efforts. Operate standard lab testing equipment such as DSOs (Digital Storage Oscilloscopes) , digital multi meters , function generators , and other diagnostic tools.
