Analog Circuit Design Engineer

Job Description: We are seeking highly skilled Analog Circuit Design Engineers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in designing custom analog and mixed-signal circuits, including ring oscillators, dividers, and bias blocks in advanced FinFET technology nodes. This role requires a strong understanding of both analog and digital design principles, as well as the ability to work independently and guide layout engineers. Responsibilities: Design and develop custom analog and mixed-signal circuits, including ring oscillators, dividers, and bias blocks (voltage and current references) and other analog circuits. Perform end-to-end verification of block modules, including AC, DC, transient, noise, PERC, EM & IR, and reliability checks. Prefer experience to conduct co-simulations of analog and digital (RTL) circuits. Independently guide layout engineers and perform post-layout design fix iterations. Debug functional and performance issues in simulations. Execute tasks with minimal supervision and take ownership of assigned blocks and tasks. Ensure design implementation meets PPA (Power, Performance, Area) goals. Create and verify all relevant design views using sign-off tools. Document design processes and results as required. Qualifications: Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering. Experience with Cadence schematic capture, Virtuoso, Spectre, and HSPICE circuit simulation tools. Proficiency in AMS (Analog Mixed Signal) and high-speed custom digital design flows, tools, and methodologies. Basic exposure to layout techniques and the ability to review layouts and provide constraints. Knowledge of scripting languages (SHELL, PERL, SKILL), Excel macros, and MS Visio is a plus.
