Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Anaesthetist to provide comprehensive anaesthetic care to patients undergoing surgical and diagnostic procedures. The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical excellence, sound judgment, and a commitment to patient safety and comfort across perioperative settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform pre-operative evaluations and develop individualized anaesthetic care plans
• Administer and manage general, regional, and local anaesthesia
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and anaesthesia depth during procedures
• Identify and manage anaesthetic complications and emergencies
• Provide post-operative pain management and support patient recovery
• Collaborate effectively with surgeons, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with clinical governance standards
• Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing education

Qualifications and Experience:

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with specialist training in Anaesthesiology
• Valid license and registration with [Insert Medical Council or Regulatory Authority]
• Proven experience in administering anaesthesia across various surgical specialties
• Strong understanding of anaesthetic pharmacology, airway management, and monitoring technologies
• Certification in BLS/ACLS (and PALS if applicable)
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹110,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
