The Line Operator is responsible for operating machinery, performing quality control checks, and adhering to safety protocols. The role involves monitoring and adjusting machine settings, ensuring the smooth operation of the production line, and performing routine maintenance. Line Operators are also required to communicate effectively with team members and report any issues or defects. Qualifications Experience in Machine Operation and Quality Control Strong Communication skills and ability to follow instructions Training experience and ability to mentor new team members Basic Computer Literacy to manage production data and reports Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Relevant experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is a plus High school diploma or equivalent qualification
