We are looking for a talented and passionate CDP (Chef de Partie) / Head Chef who specializes in authentic South Indian cuisine to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of traditional recipes, ingredients, and modern presentation techniques. Bangalore-style South Indian breakfast, similar to popular brands like Rameshwaram Café, Brahmin’s Café, CTR, and Vidyarthi Bhavan.
Greet and welcome customers politely. Take food & beverage orders accurately and serve them on time. Ensure tables are clean, set up properly, and maintained during service. Provide menu information and make recommendations when required. Serve food and drinks with proper etiquette and hygiene. Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints politely. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service. Process bills and assist with payment collection.
