Plan, install, configure, and maintain ICT systems, including servers, network infrastructure. Provide technical support to internal users across all departments, resolving issues in a timely manner.
We're Hiring! | ICT Engineer Plan, install, configure, and maintain ICT systems, including servers, network infrastructure. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues. Ensure system and data security by applying best practices in cybersecurity, backups, and access control. Provide technical support to internal users across all departments, resolving issues in a timely manner. Manage ICT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and deployments. Maintain documentation for systems configurations, procedures, and network diagrams. Collaborate with vendors and service providers to manage ICT purchases, licensing, and support contracts. Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend solutions for process and system improvements. Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 3+ years of experience in ICT engineering or systems/network administration. Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, networking (LAN/WAN), firewalls, and VPNs. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS) is a plus. Familiarity with ITIL practices and service desk procedures. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
