Your typical day will involve working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, performing maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work. Roles & Responsibilities: Good knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement components (Email Studio, Mobile Connect, Journey Builder, Advertising Studio etc) and Marketing Cloud tools (Marketing Cloud Intelligence, Marketing Cloud Personalization, Data Cloud). -Designs end-to-end marketing automation solutions that address complex business requirements. -Experienced in enablement of out-of-the-box and custom channels (development of Journey Builder custom activities) and development of complex omni channel campaigns. -Strong understanding of key integration patterns and best practices around them including native connectors, FTP, REST/SOAP API, SSJS (including WSProxy). -Expertise in guiding clients on the adoption of best practices in marketing automation, including customer journeys, complex omni channel campaigns, and data-driven decision-making. -Experience in customization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) solutions with REST API, AmpScript, and SQL development, including email and Cloudpage template development-Buildout of initial engagement campaigns, including email templates, Cloud Pages, Automation Studio, Journey Builder development and Interaction Studio content insertions-Support Technical Architect in design and documentation development-Support data engineering and system integration work streams-Preparation of Demonstration, orchestrating Proof of Concepts.-Acts as a subject matter expert(SME) for salesforce marketing cloud.-Proactive problem solving skills and ability to suggest trade off on solutions between OOTB and custom codeProfessional & Technical Skills: Work experience - 5+ years.-Deep, hands-on technical understanding of SFMC's data extension architecture, and integration and automation capabilities-Hands-on development experience with AMP script, HTML, CSS, and preferably JavaScript-Understanding of web / front-end development languages and principals-Ability to engage in technical discussions with clients-Excellent problem-solving skills in articulation of complex problems and solutions in a simple, visual and impactful manner-Experience with different system integrationAdditional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
