Company: AMPS - Advanced Medical Pricing Solutions Job Title: Assistant Manager / Manager – MBBS Only - US Healthcare Operations Reports To: Associate Director – Operations Location: Hyderabad, India Industry: US Healthcare | Insurance Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced MBBS graduate to join our team as an Assistant Manager or Manager in US Healthcare Research. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in US healthcare systems, including payment methodologies, clinical interpretation, medical policy evaluation, and medical coding. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with US Healthcare regulations, and collaborating with US Medical Directors to deliver exceptional service to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations of the US Healthcare team, focusing on claims processing, reviews, and cost containment strategies. Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in operations. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Healthcare professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Client Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction with services provided. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and tailor services accordingly. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to optimize operations. Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate innovative solutions to improve service delivery. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all operations comply with US Healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and other relevant laws. Conduct regular audits to maintain high-quality standards and address any discrepancies promptly. Qualifications & Skills: Educational Background: MBBS. Experience: 6–10 years of experience in US Healthcare operations, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Healthcare IT systems and tools used in claims processing and billing. Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools. Soft Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
